The Victron Energy Arg160201020 ArgoDiode Battery Isolator allows efficient charging of two batteries from a single alternator without connecting them together. Using advanced Schottky diode technology, it delivers low voltage drop for improved charging performance. The built-in energize input provides controlled B+ power when the engine switch is activated, ensuring reliable operation. It also includes a compensation diode to help adjust the alternator output and offset voltage loss. Designed for marine, automotive, and RV applications, this 160A isolator prevents accessory battery discharge from affecting the starter battery. Durable and compact, it offers dependable multi-battery management for various power systems.

- All models are fitted with a compensation diode that can be used to slightly increase the output voltage of the alternator, this compensates for the voltage drop over the diodes in the isolator
