Zephyr Rapid Thread Safety Flanges provide secure, easy installation for your 8" and 10" Airway Buffing Wheels with 3" center plates. Molded from high-density composite nylon reinforced with Kevlar, these lightweight yet durable flanges eliminate the need for nuts or washers, screwing directly onto a 5/8" arbor. Designed for heavy-duty performance, they ensure safe and stable buffing on grinders and buffers. Safety flanges are mandatory for all Airway wheels, making these a must-have for professional metal polishing and finishing.

- Our new innovative Rapid Thread design eliminates the need for a nut to secure the flanges to the spindle/arbor on your grinder or buffer. Thread them on and secure.
- These flanges are molded from High-Density Composite Nylon and Kevlar reinforced.
Lightweight, yet as strong as aluminum! - Rapid Thread Design screws directly onto to 5/8" arbor. No more nuts or washers.
- To be attached to each side of the Zephyr Airway Buffs. For use with 8" and 10" airway wheels with 3" center plates, 5/8" arbor hole.
